PRODUCTION TIME
All products are made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
Production Time: 7–10 business days
Production time does not include shipping time. During peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, production may take slightly longer. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We work with trusted international carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination, delivery efficiency, and logistics requirements.
Estimated Delivery Time Worldwide (including the United States):
14–18 business days after production is completed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be (Usually no duties , import taxes) subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please ensure all recipient details, including name, address, postal code, and phone number, are entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been shipped.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable customs charges, or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping and re-shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
