REFUND POLICY
NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES
At Velvourn, we focus on creating premium embroidered garments built with exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality. Every piece is individually produced after an order is placed and is crafted specifically for the customer.
Unlike mass-produced clothing, each garment goes through multiple stages of production, including material preparation, embroidery programming, precision embroidery, finishing, quality control, and packaging. Significant time, resources, and skilled labor are invested into every order before it leaves our facility.
Because every item is made exclusively for the customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or size swaps for reasons including:

Incorrect size selection

Personal preference

Ordering the wrong item

Color variations caused by screen settings
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing charts before placing an order.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Quality is at the core of everything we produce.
Every garment undergoes a thorough multi-point inspection before dispatch. We carefully examine embroidery quality, garment condition, stitching, placement accuracy, and overall craftsmanship. Additionally, each completed item is video-recorded during final inspection prior to shipment.
These procedures allow us to maintain extremely high quality standards and significantly reduce the possibility of production defects.
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect or an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Production begins shortly after payment is received. Materials, production resources, and embroidery scheduling are allocated specifically to your order.
For this reason, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund. Any re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
